•To continue to increase the level of quality teaching
•To help potential teachers feel confident in their calling
•To give God our best
•To fulfill the command of God
•To prepare for growth and development
•To enhance one's teaching gift
•To give potential teachers our best that they may give their best

The training is 13-weeks with an additional 6-month internship in the area of their calling (Adults, Youth, Children, or New Members). There is a graduation ceremony with potential teachers wearing a cap and gown. Teachers will be placed in a class along with a tenure teacher.

In addition, every teacher is required to attend conferences, seminars, and venues to enhance their skills and techniques. This requirement is essential to the ministry to provide our students with the latest advancements of Christian Education, as well as continued personal development.

OUTREACH:
MATTHEW 25-35 The Outreach Component of the Christian Education Ministry is designed to fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus Christ. Therefore each class is designed to plan and implement an outreach project each quarter. Somact:

TEAM LEADERS:
EXODUS 18:21-22 The team leader is an armor bearer for the ministry's teachers and their designated class. Their role as armor bearer is to take responsibility from the teacher by tracking attendance, collecting the offering and providing assistance for the teacher as needed. A team leader is assigned to each adult class to assist the teacher. The teacher is only to teach the Word of God. He/she is never to distribute papers and materials or collect monies.
