The pictures are from the ribbon cutting ceremony for House of Hope on July 3, 2005 and the celebratory pre-opening service on July 2, 2005.   The ribbon cutting ceremony marked the official opening of the House of Hope. It was an abundantly joyous occasion for everyone in attendance.
